14-Day Return Policy

At Skyline Offer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
 

• Return Conditions: teems must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Products must be free from damage or signs of use.
 

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@skylineoffer.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
 

• Exceptions: Customized items are not eligible for returns.

Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned.
 

• Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please follow the return process.

• Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
